Freelance Content Services Pricing

I believe in being clear about pricing and respectful of time—yours and mine.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation to talk through your goals and how I might help. After that, work begins at a professional rate.
Clients hire me not just for content, but for strategy, voice development, SEO know-how, and brand alignment—things that are often siloed out to multiple vendors.
I can streamline all that under one roof, which makes working with me an excellent value whether you're a scrappy startup or scaling brand.

Per word rates are great for blog posts, articles, product copy, or brand storytelling.
Most writing projects land between $0.20 and $1 per word, depending on research, length, revision cycles, and overall scope. If you're looking for a lower per-word rate, we can pair it with an hourly research fee ($50/hr) to keep things flexible.
Not sure what you need yet? We can find a setup that fits your content goals and budget.

For projects that go beyond the page—think content strategy, messaging frameworks, website audits, content planning, or brand voice development—expect to spend about $75/hour.
This is ideal for clients who want help with content direction, internal documentation, UX writing, or campaign support that doesn’t fit neatly into a per-word model.
I'm also open to project fees, which generally range from $1000 - $5000, depending on length, scope, and other elements. We can always find a way to work within your budget.
